Spring

It's amazing how much can change when one changes their perspective. I feel reborn. It's awesome. I blame the sunshine!

Yesterday was T.J.'s birthday - was a lot of fun, even though I slept through the afternoon at the driving range. Had a house party - we all seem to be aging as I remember when these things used to go into the late hours of the next morning. Everyone was gone at 11!

The weather has been much better. I was even shovelling my backyard in an attempt to encourage summer to arrive.

Man time flies, I mean, we're already into mid-April! It wasn't that long ago that I struggled with the thought of making it past March, and March is totally complete!

On another tangent, I wrecked my ACL. It sounds like I'll require surgery. Guess my body just wasn't built to have ACL's (I had my right one replaced when I was 14). I like to think this is a wake up call to live a healthier life. I'm a little nervous about going through that whole healing process again, I remember how painful and painstaking it was.

Well, I'm off to work - got some really interesting files on my desk, so I'm happily headed to my office.
